Crispy Chicken Without Eggs

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kilo boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon curry
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white pepper
- Salt
- Hot chili powder - optional
- A pinch of oregano
- Plenty of oil for frying
- Flour for coating the chicken before frying

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise or as desired.
- Place the flour in a bowl, add the cornstarch, salt, and spices, and mix well. Then add the water and vinegar and stir the mixture well.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and turn it until it is coated on all sides.
- Leave them in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.Timers: 360 min
- When frying... place flour in a bowl, then add the marinated chicken pieces and coat them with flour on all sides. Fry immediately in plenty of hot oil until golden.
- Serve the crispy chicken with fries and mayonnaise cabbage salad or coleslaw.
