1 kilo boneless chicken breast

1 cup flour

1 cup water

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon curry

A pinch of cinnamon

A pinch of black pepper

A pinch of white pepper

Salt

Hot chili powder - optional

A pinch of oregano

Plenty of oil for frying

Flour for coating the chicken before frying

Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise or as desired. Place the flour in a bowl, add the cornstarch, salt, and spices, and mix well. Then add the water and vinegar and stir the mixture well.
Add the chicken to the marinade and turn it until it is coated on all sides.
Leave them in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
When frying... place flour in a bowl, then add the marinated chicken pieces and coat them with flour on all sides. Fry immediately in plenty of hot oil until golden.
Serve the crispy chicken with fries and mayonnaise cabbage salad or coleslaw.
