Easy honeycomb rolls — here’s the method — delicious
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Za'atar (thyme), chocolate, or cheese for the filling
- Dough
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 medium teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- About 1 cup water (or a little more) — adjust as needed

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add the liquids and knead well
- Let the Easy Honeycomb dough rest for about half an hour
- Roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it into circles
- Fill them as desired (cheese, za'atar, chocolate...) and close them into balls
- Arrange them on a greased baking tray so the balls are close to each other but not touching
- Leave them for about another half hour to proof again
- Bake the Easy Honeycomb in the oven until the dough is cooked and you notice the balls have joined together
- Serve the Easy Honeycomb immediately, separating each ball before serving
