- A bunch of leafy green thyme, washed and well drained
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt

Method

- Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and leave for ten minutes.
- Mix the ingredients together, then add the yeast and knead the mixture well...
