Ingredients

- Dough
- 1 kilogram flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- Warm water for kneading
- Filling
- Eggplant sliced thin and grilled in the oven
- Sweet green pepper sliced into rings
- Cherry tomatoes
- Onion slices
- Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato paste
- Fresh green mint
- Black and green olives
- Sprinkle cheese on top

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Combine all dry dough ingredients and mix.
- Gradually add warm water and knead.
- Once the dough is soft and pliable, let it rise for about an hour.
- After an hour, divide the dough into desired-sized balls, then let them rest for about ten minutes.
- Roll out the dough lengthwise and place it in an oiled baking tray.
- Spread the tomato paste and vegetables over the dough, pressing lightly so the ingredients adhere to the dough.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake the tray in the oven at 180°C until the focaccia bread is cooked, then grill from above until the cheese is golden.
