Ingredients
- 730 grams all-purpose flour, equivalent to 5 cups of white flour
- 20 grams, equivalent to 2 tablespoons of yeast
- 20 grams, equivalent to 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups liquid milk or water, as needed for the dough
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt

Method
- Start by kneading the dough for about 5 minutes after adding all the ingredients except the butterTimers: 5 min
- Add the salt and continue kneading, then add the butter and knead well for at least 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- Once kneading is complete, place the dough in a warm spot until it doubles in size, for about 2 hoursTimers: 120 min
- After the dough has risen and rested, start shaping it
