Olive Bread

Olive bread with taste, shape, and flavor like no other!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 4 cups flour (you can mix whole wheat flour with white flour)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup pitted chopped olives
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Method

- Mix the yeast, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Cover and place in a warm spot for 15 minutes, or until the yeast becomes active.Timers: 15 min
- Add the flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and knead until you have a cohesive dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until it becomes elastic and no longer sticky.
- Place the dough in a bowl greased with a little oil, cover the bowl, and leave it in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours, or until the dough has risen...Timers: 120 min
- After the resting time, knead the dough again and roll it out into a rectangle. Sprinkle the olives over it, leaving 2 cm on each side.
- Roll the dough into a cylinder and place it in a greased baking tray.
- Sprinkle a little flour over the bread dough.
- Use kitchen scissors to make 7 slits along the length of the dough.
- Leave the dough uncovered in a warm place for 1 hour, until it rises.Timers: 60 min
- Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C.
