Easy and Quick Turkish Cup Dessert

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • grated coconut
  • melted chocolate
  • pistachios

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. In a pot over the heat, add the milk, sugar, and flour gradually, stirring; when it boils add the vanilla, a piece of butter, and orange blossom water...
  2. When the mixture thickens, remove the pot from the heat; prepare the cups and wet them with water so the mixture won't stick.
  3. Start filling the cups with the dessert and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  4. After chilling, invert the cups by first pressing with a finger at the rim to loosen them; dip them in shredded coconut and garnish as desired with pistachios or chocolate and caramel sauce
