Moroccan Candle Dessert
A famous Moroccan dessert that is very easy to make, with ingredients readily available in most homes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- or
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- a bar of white chocolate
- 1 small teaspoon oil
- whole cloves or clove sticks
Method

- In a bowl combine the shredded coconut or ground almonds with the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until you have a cohesive dough....
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour, then take it out, roll it out lengthwise into a log and cut it into equal-sized pieces.
- Melt the white chocolate with 1 teaspoon oil over low heat or in a warm double boiler. Dip the dough pieces into the chocolate, place them in small cupcake wrappers, make a small hole on top, insert a clove stick, then refrigerate for half an hour to set the chocolate.
