Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Wing Marinade:
  • 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup citrus juice
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika or sweet red pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cumin
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Hot pepper powder

Method

  1. Wash the wings with salt, lemon juice and zest, and one tablespoon of white vinegar. Rub them, then rinse well and leave to drain.
  2. Season the chicken with the marinade described in detail above, and reserve half a cup of cilantro to use later.
  3. Let the wings rest in the refrigerator for three hours.
  4. Place the wings on a baking tray and put them in the oven until cooked... or place the tray over the stove, turning occasionally.
  5. When the wings are cooked and browned, turn off the heat and sprinkle half a cup of fresh cilantro over them.
