Crispy wings... Anyone who loves wings will love it even more with this recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken wings Wing Marinade: 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro 8 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup citrus juice Salt 2 tbsp paprika or sweet red pepper powder 2 tbsp vegetable oil Cumin Chicken seasoning Hot pepper powder

Method:

Wash the wings with salt, citrus juice, and a spoon of white vinegar. Rub them, then rinse well and let them drain.
Marinate the chicken with the mixture above, reserving ½ cup of chopped cilantro for later use.
Refrigerate the wings for three hours.
Place the wings on a baking tray and bake until done… then move the tray to the stovetop, turning occasionally.
When the wings are cooked and golden, turn off the heat and sprinkle the reserved ½ cup of fresh cilantro on top.
