Lemon Tart with Cranberries
A tangy lemon tart with cranberries— an easy, tasty dessert. You can substitute cranberries with any other fruit you have on hand depending on the season.
Ingredients

- 15 digestive biscuits or plain tea biscuits (not filled)
- zest of one lemon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup cranberries

Method
