Ingredients

- Mozzarella cheese
- Olives
- Corn
- Kishk topping for manakish
- 1 cup kishk powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Sesame seeds
- 1 medium tomato, grated
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/4 cup water

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the ingredients for the topping, or the kishk mixture
- Roll out the dough in a tray greased with a little oil, then spread the kishk mixture over it instead of pizza sauce
- Distribute the olives and corn, then sprinkle the cheese on top
- Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake the pizza on the bottom rack at 180°C until cooked through and the cheese melts, then brown it slightly from the top
