Pizza with kishk topping! Have you heard of it before?? .. How about we combine kishk manakish and pizza in one recipe :) .. Here is this creative recipe

Ingredients:

Mozzarella cheese Olives Corn Kishk topping for manakish

1 cup kishk powder

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Sesame seeds

1 medium tomato, grated

1 medium onion, grated

1/4 cup water

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the topping, or the kishk mixture
Roll out the dough in a tray greased with a little oil, then spread the kishk mixture over it instead of pizza sauce
Distribute the olives and corn, then sprinkle the cheese on top
Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake the pizza on the bottom rack at 180°C until cooked through and the cheese melts, then brown it slightly from the top
