  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • About 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  1. Prepare the dough: mix the flour with the salt, yeast, and sugar, then add the oil and rub everything together until the flour absorbs all the oil.
  2. Add the lukewarm water gradually and knead until a cohesive, soft dough forms.
  3. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough in it, cover it, and let it rise long enough to double in size.
  4. Prepare the sauce: boil the tomatoes for just a few minutes so the skin is easy to remove.
  5. Peel the tomatoes, blend them, and mix with the salt, sugar, vinegar, and herbs.
  6. Roll out the dough on a tray greased with oil and sprinkled with semolina so the dough sets well while spreading and does not become stretchy.
  7. Spread the sauce over the dough, then distribute the pepperoni and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  8. Bake the pizza over medium heat until the dough turns golden on the bottom, then brown the cheese on top.
