Baqleh al-Hummus
A traditional dish and a widely known popular food in Lebanon... Baqleh al-Hummus, as some call it, may have a different name in other regions. It can be a vegetarian dish, or meat can be added to it, as in this recipe.
Baqleh al-Hummus is a delicious and healthy vegetarian dish!
Ingredients

- 500 g coarsely ground meat
- 2 cups coarse burghul
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 8 tomatoes, also finely chopped
- Spices and salt
Method

- Stir until the onion softens, then add the meat and stir until cooked through...
