Cardamom Cookies
Cardamom cookies are a wonderful recipe that cardamom lovers will adore for its bold flavor and aroma. Easy to make with a few ingredients and guaranteed results—give them a try.
Ingredients

- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon freshly crushed cardamom seeds
- A small pinch of salt
- Remove the cardamom cookies from the oven and set them aside to cool completely before serving with a cup of tea or coffee!
Method

- In a deep bowl, place the melted and cooled butter, then add the powdered sugar on top. Mix the sugar and butter until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the flour gradually and continue beating.
- Grind the fresh cardamom seeds, or use ground cardamom if that is what you have, but fresh cardamom will give a stronger result and flavor. You can use one teaspoon or more, حسب الرغبة.
