Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kg boneless chicken breast, washed, cleaned and drained
- 2 tbsp fine semolina
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp sweet pepper paste or red pepper paste
- 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (or seasoning powder)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- To serve: lettuce, tomato and pickles

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the chicken into cubes to make it easier to grind, then grind it in an electric grinder until smooth.
- Add all the other ingredients to the ground chicken in a deep bowl.
- Mix well, then shape the burger mixture into small balls, stuff each with cheese and press into round burger patties (for example, by pressing with the bottom of a plate).
- Fry the chicken burgers in a little oil in a skillet, flip to cook the other side, then place each patty in a burger bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles.
- Serve the chicken burgers immediately with fries if desired.
