Fettuccine pasta with chicken and cream — a practical and very tasty recipe
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Cooking cream (heavy cream)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fettuccine pasta
- Mushrooms
- Garlic clove
- Mozzarella + Cheddar cheese
- A pinch of oregano
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of white pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- Pinch of garlic powder

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put a large piece of butter in a pot over the heat... and add one or two cloves of crushed garlic depending on the amount of pasta.
- Stir just a little without letting the garlic brown... we only want to extract its flavor.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and stir briefly, then add pieces of chicken thighs cut into cubes and stir until they change color.
- Sprinkle a little garlic seasoning, paprika, white pepper, and black pepper and stir until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add more cooking cream and stir... and wait for it to boil before adding the cheese.
- When the cheese melts... add the pre‑cooked pasta and a little oregano and stir.
- Let the fettuccine boil for just 2 minutes and serve hot.Timers: 2 min
