Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Cooking cream (heavy cream)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic clove
  • Mozzarella + Cheddar cheese
  • A pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of white pepper
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of garlic powder

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Put a large piece of butter in a pot over the heat... and add one or two cloves of crushed garlic depending on the amount of pasta.
  2. Stir just a little without letting the garlic brown... we only want to extract its flavor.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and stir briefly, then add pieces of chicken thighs cut into cubes and stir until they change color.
  4. Sprinkle a little garlic seasoning, paprika, white pepper, and black pepper and stir until the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Add more cooking cream and stir... and wait for it to boil before adding the cheese.
  6. When the cheese melts... add the pre‑cooked pasta and a little oregano and stir.
  7. Let the fettuccine boil for just 2 minutes and serve hot.
