Ingredients

  • A box of tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooking cream
  • Salt + black pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (for cooking)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil
  • On a serving plate, place the cooked pasta with cream, then top with the cooked salmon pieces; sprinkle a little parsley and fried pine nuts for garnish

Method

  1. Place the pasta in a pot over the heat with boiling water, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Boil the pasta until cooked, then drain it and place it in a colander.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the onion into wedges and sauté it with the butter.
  4. Cut the fresh or canned mushrooms and sauté them with the onion.
  5. Add the mustard and stir the ingredients slightly to combine, then add the cooking cream with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
  6. Then add the boiled pasta over the cooking cream and leave the mixture on the heat for 2 minutes.

  7. In a separate pan, place a skillet over the heat until hot.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry the washed salmon pieces seasoned with salt and black pepper.
  9. Cook the salmon for 5 minutes on one side, then 5 minutes on the other. You can cover the pan to make sure the salmon is cooked through, but be careful not to overcook it so it does not become dry.

  10. To serve, place the pasta with cream on a plate, top with the cooked salmon, and garnish with a little parsley and fried pine nuts.
