Ingredients
- A box of tagliatelle pasta
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups cooking cream
- Salt + black pepper
- Fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard (for cooking)
- 2 onions
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Olive oil
- On a serving plate, place the cooked pasta with cream, then top with the cooked salmon pieces; sprinkle a little parsley and fried pine nuts for garnish

Method
- Place the pasta in a pot over the heat with boiling water, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Boil the pasta until cooked, then drain it and place it in a colander.
- Meanwhile, slice the onion into wedges and sauté it with the butter.
- Cut the fresh or canned mushrooms and sauté them with the onion.
- Add the mustard and stir the ingredients slightly to combine, then add the cooking cream with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
- Then add the boiled pasta over the cooking cream and leave the mixture on the heat for 2 minutes.Timers: 2 min
- In a separate pan, place a skillet over the heat until hot.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry the washed salmon pieces seasoned with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the salmon for 5 minutes on one side, then 5 minutes on the other. You can cover the pan to make sure the salmon is cooked through, but be careful not to overcook it so it does not become dry.Timers: 5 min
- To serve, place the pasta with cream on a plate, top with the cooked salmon, and garnish with a little parsley and fried pine nuts.
