- Chicken breast, sliced
- Olive oil
- Small onion, finely chopped
- Clove of garlic, crushed
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Sun‑dried tomatoes

Method
- In a skillet, fry the chicken strips in olive oil until cooked through and browned
- Remove them from the pan and set aside
- In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped onion with a clove of crushed garlic until softened
- Add the sliced mushrooms and the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté briefly before adding the chicken
