Ingredients
- Long pasta or spaghetti
- Boiled shrimp
- 3 onions, sliced into wedges
- 4 garlic cloves
- Colored bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh mushrooms
- Tomato paste
- Salt and spices to taste
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
- Boil the pasta or spaghetti and set aside.
- Then start by peeling and preparing the vegetables and chopping them.
- Put a little vegetable oil in a pot over the heat and first sauté the onions and garlic.
- When the onions and garlic are lightly browned, add the carrots and zucchini, and finally the colored bell pepper.
- Shortly after, add the fresh mushrooms.
- Then add the boiled shrimp to a separate pot so we can drain off the shrimp cooking water and set it aside...
- Add the tomato paste, salt, and spices... sauté the ingredients a little, then add a little water. We do not want to add a large amount of water because the goal is not to get a lot of broth for this dish.
- Leave the ingredients to blend for about 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- After that, arrange the boiled pasta on a serving plate or in a small plate for an individual portion, then spoon a little of the shrimp mixture with vegetables over it. Garnish with fresh basil.
