How to Make Baba Ghanoush
Baba ghanoush is one of the tastiest appetizers; it can be enjoyed as a light meal or as a side with many main dishes, especially seafood.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- half a cup tahini
- green pepper
- half a cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tomato
- green onion
- pomegranate seeds

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Roast the eggplant well until tender.
- Remove the skin from the roasted eggplant and mash it well, taking care to remove the seeds if present.
- Add to the mashed eggplant the crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses and tahini.
- Mix the mixture well until you get a homogeneous blend.
- Chop the vegetables—green pepper, tomato, parsley and green onion—and add them to the mixture.
- Place it on a serving plate and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds....
