Easy Cake
A quick and easy cake recipe. Make this cake as a fast dessert to please your kids, and you can involve them in decorating it with any jam you have or customize it to their taste.

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cherry jam (or any jam of your choice)
Method

- Beat the eggs with the vanilla for several minutes, then add the sugar and vegetable oil and continue beating.
- Add the flour and baking powder alternately and continue beating until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease an oven pan with a little oil and dust it with a little flour, then pour in the cake batter; place the pan in the preheated oven at 180°C.
