Easy Cake

A quick and easy cake recipe. Make this cake as a fast dessert to please your kids, and you can involve them in decorating it with any jam you have or customize it to their taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cherry jam (or any jam of your choice)

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Beat the eggs with the vanilla for several minutes, then add the sugar and vegetable oil and continue beating.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder alternately and continue beating until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Grease an oven pan with a little oil and dust it with a little flour, then pour in the cake batter; place the pan in the preheated oven at 180°C.
  4. Leave the cake for about 45 minutes until it is cooked and has risen.

  5. After removing the cake from the oven, spread cherry jam on top and decorate as desired.
