Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh thyme, washed, or 1 cup dried thyme, soaked and well squeezed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup white cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped black and green olives
- 1 cup yogurt

Method
- Beat the eggs well with one tablespoon of vinegar until the mixture turns white, then add the oil and mix well
- Add the olives, cheese, thyme, and mint and stir with a spoon
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and add them too, mixing well
- Finally add the yogurt and stir the mixture with a spoon until combined
- Prepare the pan: grease it with oil and dust with flour, then pour the savory cake batter into it
- Let the batter rest in the pan for a quarter of an hour
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven
- Put the pan in the oven, reduce the temperature, and bake the savory cake at medium heat for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out cleanTimers: 45 min
