No-Bake Cake (Lazy Cake)

The no-bake cake, also known as Lazy Cake, is an easy, clear, and tested recipe. It doesn’t require many ingredients and comes together quickly with simple components—biscuits and cocoa or chocolate—though it benefits from chilling time to set.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 packs plain biscuits

Method

  1. Put the butter on the heat to melt, add the milk and leave them on low heat until the milk comes to a boil.
  2. Add the mixture: cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla and stir well until the cocoa dissolves... turn off the heat
  3. Break the plain, unfilled biscuits of any type available or as desired... mix the biscuits with the milk and cocoa mixture and let them cool slightly..
  4. Then place a plastic bag or nylon bag in the mold in which we will prepare the Lazy Cake.. pour the biscuit and cocoa mixture into the bag and close the bag at the top. Place the mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours..

  5. After the required time, take the mold out of the freezer, remove the nylon or bag, cut it, decorate and serve as desired.
