Grilled French Bread with Vegetables

- Small French bread (baguette)
- 1 large tomato
- green onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- mushrooms
- mozzarella cheese
- fresh parsley

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Prepare the small baguette by hollowing it out slightly and fill it with the vegetable mixture made of finely chopped tomato, finely chopped green onion and finely chopped green pepper... also add chopped mushrooms.
- Top the vegetables with a little mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley; if parsley is unavailable you can sprinkle oregano instead.
- Bake the pieces of bread in a preheated oven for about ten minutes.
