Beef Pastry Cups with Custard
A new serving method for puff pastry cups filled with custard. Easy and quick recipe with a guaranteed, elegant result.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Beef puff pastry squares
- Cupcake tins
- Melted butter to grease the beef pastries and the cups
- Cooked custard
- 7 cups water
- 4 tablespoons dried milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons custard powder

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Grease the cupcake tins with butter, butter the puff pastry on both sides and place them in the tins...
- Place the puff pastry cups in a preheated oven on the middle rack at the highest setting until the bottoms brown...
- Then brown the tops. Let them cool slightly and fill each cup with a bit of custard while warm.
- Place the filled cups in the fridge until the custard sets, and when serving dust them with powdered sugar
- Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil... turn off the heat and pour the custard into cups
