A dessert after lunch that is a little different and absolutely delightful: fried ice cream! You might think it is a complicated recipe, but it is actually very easy to make, and its taste and presentation will be the talk of your guests for a long time.

- Roll the ice cream scoop or ball in a plate of flour so it is coated on all sides, then pass it through a plate of eggs the same way, and finally through a plate of crushed cornflakes so that there are three layers on the ice cream ball...
- Place the ice cream ball in the freezer for 24 hours or for a full day, then fry it in hot oil for only 30 seconds...Timers: 1440 min
