Ingredients

- 2 cups honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup cranberries or blueberries
- Dried apricots chopped
- Pitted and chopped dates
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Method

- Place the oats with the almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds at 180°C until they take on a golden color. Increase the amount of nuts and rub them by hand with sesame oil, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Melt the honey with butter over low heat, then pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture in a pan greased with oil or lined with parchment paper, press firmly, and put the pan in the refrigerator for about three hours.
- Remove the pan from the refrigerator and cut the granola bars or nut mixture into bars lengthwise or as desired.
