Oven-Baked Kofta Fingers
Oven-baked kofta... a rich meal in a short time. Prepare the kofta mixture, shape it into fingers, then bake it in the oven with onions and tomatoes. Serve with potatoes, salad, especially Biwaz, and a side of hummus mutabal also pairs perfectly :)

Oven-baked kofta fingers... an easy dish for lunch that doesn't take much time for the home cook.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg finely minced meat
- Ground cinnamon
- Black pepper
- Seven spices
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 bunch finely chopped parsley
- Salt
- Tomato slices
- Onion wedges + sumac + cinnamon

Method
- Mix the meat with the finely chopped parsley, onion, salt, and spices. Knead or mix by hand until the ingredients are well combined and you get the kofta mixture.
- Shape the kofta into fingers and arrange them in a lightly oiled baking dish. Leave the center of the dish empty for the remaining ingredients.
- In the center of the dish, place the onion cut into wedges and mixed with sumac and cinnamon. Arrange it in the center and distribute the tomato slices.
- Bake the dish in the oven until the kofta fingers are cooked, then broil to brown the top.
- Serve oven-baked kofta fingers with many options such as parsley, onion, and sumac salad (Biwaz), french fries, hummus mutabal, etc.
