Method
- Mix the dough ingredients and knead well until you obtain a cohesive, non-sticky dough.
- Let the dough rise.
- Once it has risen well, roll it out with a rolling pin on a clean surface so it is slightly thick, not very thin.
- Spread room-temperature butter over the dough and sprinkle with brown or white sugar, cinnamon and cocoa.
- Roll it up like a log, then cut it into medium-thick pieces.
- Place them on a baking tray with some space between each to allow them to expand.
- Let them rest for half an hour before baking.
- Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake the cinnamon rolls at 180°C for about 30 minutes or according to your oven’s strength.Timers: 30 min
- Remove the tray from the oven when the rolls are done and decorate the tops with sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate.
