Easy milk muhallebi — very delicious and perfect for the whole family

Ingredients

  • 6 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar, or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Pistachios for garnish

Method

  1. Place the milk over medium heat and add the cornstarch, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the sugar and stir.
  3. Reduce to low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
  4. Finally add the rose water and orange blossom water, stir, and remove from heat.
  5. Pour the milk muhallebi into serving bowls or glasses.
  6. When it cools to room temperature, refrigerate.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with pistachios.
