Toffee Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

- 2 packs plain biscuits
- liquid milk for dipping the biscuits
- Toffee sauce
- 1 and a half cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 cup liquid milk

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a nonstick pan, put the sugar and butter and stir until they turn light blond or light brown.
- Slowly add 1 cup of milk gradually while stirring continuously, then add the can of cream or qimeer gradually, one spoonful at a time, stirring continuously.
- Reduce the heat and whisk very quickly so the mixture becomes smooth.
- Remove it from the heat after it has come to a couple of quick boils and set it aside to cool slightly before pouring it over the biscuits so the biscuits do not soften.
- In a baking tray or springform pan, start by arranging two layers of biscuits after dipping each biscuit in milk.
- After finishing the two biscuit layers, add a portion of the toffee.
- Continue layering three successive layers of biscuits and toffee or until the ingredients are used up.
- When finished, sprinkle crushed biscuits over the top.
- Place the toffee biscuit cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until it cools and firms before serving.Timers: 120 min
