No-Condensed-Milk Raffaello Balls

A quick, practical Raffaello balls recipe without sweetened condensed milk. With just a few ingredients and minimal time, you can make a delicious Raffaello-style dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets ready-made cream powder
  • 1 container qashta cream
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup ground almonds, as desired
  • Filling
  • 1 large bag Maltesers chocolate
  • or
  • 3 small bags Maltesers

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Beat the powdered cream with the thick cream using a whisk or an electric mixer.
  2. Put the mixture in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.
    Timers: 10 min
  3. After that, add the desiccated coconut, powdered milk, and ground almonds to the mixture and knead by hand, then chill it in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
  4. After the required time, start shaping the mixture around each Maltesers chocolate and form balls until the mixture is finished; then roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
  5. You can wrap each Raffaello ball in special candy wrappers and place them in the fridge until serving time.
