Pasta with Chicken, Mushrooms, and Cream
Pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and cream... a very practical, delicious homemade recipe that both kids and adults love. When time is short or you need a quick surprise dinner, this recipe makes for a tasty choice.
Ingredients

- 1 bag pasta, any shape you like
- 500 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Chicken breast, cut into very small pieces
- Dried thyme
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- A few garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 large carton cooking cream
- 1 cup milk
- Grated ginger or ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- A sprinkle of finely chopped parsley for garnish

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the bag or box
- Drain and cool it by running cold water over it and let it drain well
- In a pot over the heat, add the butter or ghee and sauté the onion until softened, then add the garlic and the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken takes on a light color
- Then add black pepper, ginger, salt, and the mushroom slices and sauté, then add cooking cream and milk and mix
- When the cream is combined with the pasta, add the thyme and stir for about two minutes, then finally add the pasta and toss for five minutes only before serving
- Sprinkle a pinch of parsley on top and serve the chicken, mushroom, and cream pasta immediately
