- Flatbread or bakery bread
- Two tablespoons flour dissolved in a little water to help seal the bread rolls
- Qishta (thick cream)
- Syrup
- For the Qishta filling:
- Two tablespoons flour
- Two tablespoons starch
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- A can of Qishta
- 3 cups milk
- Bread:
- Syrup:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1/2 cup water and a spoon of lemon juice and orange blossom water

Method
- Mix the ingredients cold and then place on the stove with constant stirring until thickened.
- We should obtain a cohesive cream for this dessert.
- Add orange blossom water and turn off the heat and let it cool before using it for filling.
- Cut the loaf into eight pieces
- Stuff each piece with the cream and roll into a cylinder, then shallow-fry until browned slightly and remove from the oil; set on a sheet and when serving, fry again to brown the rolls and toast them.
- When serving, pour syrup over the rolls and sprinkle with pistachios.
