Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coarse semolina
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups fresh green za'atar (thyme mixture)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Warm water for kneading

Method
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add the olive oil and gradually add warm water until you have a cohesive dough.
- Let the dough rest for at least one hour to rise.
- Divide the dough into small portions as desired, roll out on a clean surface and shape.
- Let them rest for 10 minutes, then bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) until golden.Timers: 10 min
