Ingredients:

3 eggs

\r\n

1 teaspoon vanilla

\r\n

1 cup sugar

\r\n

3 cups flour

\r\n

1/2 cup vegetable oil

\r\n

2 teaspoons baking powder

\r\n

pinch of baking soda

\r\n

2 cups yogurt

\r\n

pinch of salt

\r\n

Filling:

\r\n

Fresh whipping cream

\r\n

Chocolate, amount and type as desired

\r\n

Berries or strawberries

\r\n\u00a0\r\n\u00a0\r\n

Method:

\r\n

Beat the eggs with the vanilla well, then add the sugar and continue beating.

\r\n

Gradually add the flour along with the baking powder and the baking soda while whisking continuously. Then add the yogurt and the vegetable oil and continue whisking.

\r\n

Grease the pan with butter or with tahini, then pour the cake batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven.

\r\n

Bake the cake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until cooked and risen, depending on your oven's power.

\r\n

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Bring the cream to a gentle simmer over low heat until it heats through, remove from heat and add the chocolate and whisk the mixture well until the ingredients come together.

\r\n

When the cake is cooked, let it cool completely. Cut off the top of the cake, scoop out a bit of the cake to make room for the chocolate and strawberry filling.

\r\n

Place a first layer of chocolate inside the hollowed cake, then a layer of washed and chopped strawberries as desired, followed by a second layer of chocolate.

\r\n

Return the top of the cake as a lid. You can drizzle chocolate sauce and nuts over the cake for decoration or decorate it entirely with chocolate cream as you wish.
