Wild Zaatar Bread

Ingredients

- 1 kg sifted flour
- Fresh green wild zaatar (thyme)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp milk powder
- Warm water as needed

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add the oils and rub them into the flour mixture.
- Add warm water gradually and knead until you have a smooth, soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Knead for 10 minutes, then cover and let it rise.Timers: 10 min
- Shape the wild zaatar bread as desired, place the dough on an oiled baking tray, and let it rest again for about 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) on the middle rack.
- When the bread is baked, brown the top under the grill if needed.
