Ingredients:

Dough

2 cups flour

\r\n

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

\r\n

¾ cup water

\r\n

1 tablespoon yeast

\r\n

2 tablespoons sugar

\r\n

1 tablespoon nigella seeds

\r\n

1 tablespoon vinegar

\r\n

1 egg

\r\n

¼ teaspoon salt

\r\n

Or Arab fried bread

\r\n

Kebab

\r\n

450 g fillet or tender steak, sliced

\r\n

2 tablespoons tomato paste

\r\n

¼ cup vinegar

\r\n

½ teaspoon black pepper

\r\n

1 teaspoon red pepper

\r\n

1 teaspoon salt

\r\n

2 teaspoons hot chili flakes

\r\n

¼ cup water

\r\n

oil or smeg to fry the meat

\r\n

1 cup yogurt

\r\n

2 tomatoes, minced

\r\n

1 crushed garlic clove

\r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Begin by preparing the bread. Place the yeast over the flour, sugar, salt and oil.

\r\n

Gradually add water with continuous kneading until a cohesive dough forms. You can skip kneading and baking by using ready fried Arabic bread.

\r\n

Meanwhile, add vinegar to the meat and let it sit for about a quarter of an hour. In a pan, add oil and the meat. As the meat nears doneness, add salt and spices to taste.

\r\n

Remove the meat from the pan, warm new oil, then add tomatoes and tomato paste with the hot chili sauce.

\r\n

Let the tomato mixture boil a while until the color changes, add water and meat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

\r\n

On a greased tray, spread the dough and perforate it with a fork.

\r\n

Beat the eggs with the vinegar and baste the dough with the mixture, then sprinkle sesame seeds or nigella seeds. Place the tray in the oven at 180 C until bread is cooked.

\r\n

In a bowl combine yogurt, garlic and salt and mix well… After the bread is done, cut into squares and brush with melted butter and arrange as the bottom layer on a serving dish. Top with the yogurt-garlic mixture, then add the meat with sauce and garnish with parsley.
