Turkish chicken kebab — a very simple and tasty recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 g ground chicken fillet
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a small bunch of parsley (about 1/4 bunch)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of each spice: white pepper, black pepper, curry, and dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method

  1. Grind the red pepper, garlic, parsley and oil with the spices in a food processor until you get a paste-like mixture...
  2. Add salt and sugar to the previously ground chicken... then add the paste-like mixture and mix well until combined
  3. Shape wide fingers from the chicken...
  4. Grill the Turkish chicken kebab on both sides in a grill pan after brushing it with a little vegetable oil...
  5. Serve the kebab fingers hot alongside garlic sauce, avocado sauce or cocktail sauce
