Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fine bulgur
- 1 1/2 tablespoons kamouneh spice blend
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 kilo ground red tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- chopped mint leaves
- chopped green onions
- chopped dried onion
- hot pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste (optional)
- chopped parsley leaves (optional)
Method
- Rub the bulgur with tomato paste and pepper paste, then mix the bulgur with the rest of the ingredients until you get a mixture of vegetables. Garnish as desired.
