Tiger cake — its colors and the way it is sliced resemble a tiger's skin. Styling the cake is an essential part of its success!!

Ingredients:

4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup liquid milk 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 cups all-purpose flour a pinch of salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer or by hand until the mixture is thick and pale.
Add the vanilla and oil and continue beating.
Add the milk and beat again.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
Divide the batter into two portions.
Add the cocoa to one portion and stir to combine.
Grease the pan with butter and dust with flour.
Spoon a ladleful or a large soup spoon of the white batter into the pan, then add a spoonful of the cocoa batter on top. Continue alternating until all the batter is used.
Place the pan in the hot oven and bake at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes, depending on your oven.
Let the tiger cake cool to room temperature, then serve.
