Tea bag–shaped cookies — extremely cute and fun to make :)
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour or 250 g
- 90 g butter (about 1/2 cup)
- 85 g powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- Vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Method
- Rub the butter into the flour until combined.
- Add the sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt, then add the egg and bring the dough together without over‑kneading.
- If the dough is still dry, add 1 tablespoon cold water and bring it together, then cover and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment and cut into a tea‑envelope shape — see photo. You can make a small hole at the top of each piece to thread a string later, just like a real tea bag.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C.
- When the cookies have cooled, dip one edge of the tea‑bag cookie into chocolate sauce.
- Place the cookies in the fridge to set the sauce, then serve.
- Put liquid milk in a saucepan over the heat; when it warms, add chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate melts.
- Use the sauce immediately.
