Method

  1. First, dissolve the sugar in the milk, then mix the remaining dry ingredients separately before adding them to the sugar and milk mixture...
  2. Beat the mixture using a hand whisk, then prepare a tray greased with tahini and pour in the sfouf mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds or nuts, and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 170 degrees.
  3. When you remove the sfouf tray from the oven, brush the top with a little butter so it stays soft.
