  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yeast

  • 1 kilo minced meat
  • Finely chopped parsley, as desired
  • Finely chopped tomatoes, as desired
  • Salt, to taste
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 1/4 cups tahini

  2. Add a small amount of flour and mix before adding the rest, then knead well until you have a soft dough...
  3. Add milk as needed... brush the surface of the lahm dough with tahini mixed with oil and let it rest and proof for at least half an hour
  4. Meanwhile prepare the tahini lahm bi ajin filling: mix the ground meat with parsley, the strained chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, spices, and oil...
  5. Use the tomato liquid and add vinegar, lemon, and tahini, and whisk well to obtain the tahini sauce...
  6. Add the tahini sauce to the meat filling and mix well.
  7. Shape the dough into small boats or rounds, or as desired, and spread the filling over them; then place the tahini lahm bi ajin on an oiled baking sheet and bake until cooked and golden...
