3 cups flour\r\n1 tablespoon yeast\r\n3 tablespoons sugar\r\n3 tablespoons vegetable oil\r\npinch of salt\r\nwarm water for the dough
\r\nPreparation:
Combine all ingredients well, then gradually add water until a soft dough forms. Oil lightly and let it rise for an hour. After rising, divide the dough into small, evenly sized balls. Let them rest again for 10 minutes
Roll out the dough balls with oil until very thin. Brush the dough with tahini and sprinkle the coarse sugar, roll into a cylinder and coil it like a snail. Let the disks rise again for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Dip the disks in oil with your hands, roll them out, then place in the oven and bake from the bottom for 10 minutes, then from the top until browned

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour

Method
- Mix all the ingredients well, then add the water gradually until we have a soft dough; brush it with oil and let it rise for one hour.
- After proofing, cut the dough into small balls of equal size
