Swedish-style cinnamon rolls Ingredients:

150 g butter.

1/2 liter milk. 50 g yeast. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 3/4 cup sugar. 1 egg Add the flour gradually until you have a soft, cohesive dough.

For the filling: 150 g butter 1 cup sugar Cinnamon, vanilla, or any other filling you like, such as coconut or raisins

To brush the rolls: 1 egg Almonds or sugar for decoration

Preparation method:

Start by melting the butter over low heat, taking care not to let it burn. Once melted, turn off the heat and add all the milk.

Then put all the other ingredients in the mixer and add the milk and butter mixture....

When a cohesive dough forms, cover it and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Then roll out the dough, fill it as desired, and roll it up. Cover it again and let it rise until it doubles in size once more ...

Then brush with egg and sprinkle with almonds or powdered sugar....

Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes at most...
