- Half a liter of milk.
- 50 grams of yeast.
- Half a teaspoon of salt.
- Three quarters of a cup of sugar.
- 1 egg
- Add the flour gradually until you have a cohesive, slightly soft dough.
- For the filling:
- 150 grams of butter

- Cinnamon or vanilla or any other filling as desired, such as shredded coconut and raisins
- To brush the tops of the rolls:
- 1 egg
- Almonds or sugar for decoration
Method
- Start by melting the butter over low heat, taking care not to let it burn. Once melted, turn off the heat and add all the milk.
- Then put all the other ingredients in the mixer and add the milk and butter mixture....
- When a cohesive dough forms, cover it and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Then roll out the dough, fill it as desired, and roll it up. Cover it again and let it rise until it doubles in size once more ...
- Then brush with egg and sprinkle with almonds or powdered sugar....
- Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes at most...Timers: 10 min
